Statements for retirement or investment accounts you may use for funds
Photo ID (driver's license or passport)
Landlord contact info for a rental history reference
Documentation for any gift funds (we'll give you the gift letter template)
List of current monthly debts: car, student loans, credit cards, other
If applicable: divorce decree, child support order, or bankruptcy discharge papers
Questions written down — bring every single one to the first call
